High Flow Series- Portable Model (15 Gal.)

POD - High Flow Series is the term used to describe our innovative new line of products.  Our High Flow Series wash-down systems are 3x more powerful than our original models. We accomplished this by upgrading the water pump. The High Flow Series open water flow rate at the spray nozzle is now 3 gallons per minute. The open flow rate of the original Spray Box POD is around 1 gallon per minute. We also had to increase the size of the coil hose in order for this new design to work. All High Flow Edition wash-down systems use a standard size garden hose and garden hose fittings to handle the increased water flow rate. 

 The purpose behind the new Hi-Flow design is to give our customers the ability to rinse off their belonging faster and more thoroughly saving both time and energy for the user. For example, what once took nine minutes to rinse off a boat trailer can now be completed in three. 

The High Flow Edition -Portable Model is a 15 gallon self-contained freshwater wash-down system that fits in the cargo area of most SUV’s, in truck beds or on a utility trailer. It can easily be removed when not in use.  The High Flow Edition is connected directly to a 12v battery using using our wiring harness. Battery connection options are Alligator clips (temporary) or ring terminals (fixed mount)

15 Gallon Water Tank- It's 5” lid opening allows easy access for cleaning & maintaining the system. The portable model measures 34” X 16” X 13”

Coil Hose - 25'  Olmstead Forge brand, commercial grade. Made in the USA. Manufactured out of polyurethane giving it excellent “recoil memory” that minimizes hose tangles, common with cheaper type hoses used on comparable type sprayers

So what separates our freshwater sprayer from other similar looking sprayers on the market? Quality! We use commercial grade components in all of our products. They are built to last. The primary purpose of  our sprayer is providing  a convenient  source of high-pressure freshwater when a conventional water source is unavailable. It can be used to spray agriculture sprays as a secondary use, but we don’t suggest using it for dual applications because of  cross contamination. Other sprayers on the market are set up for agriculture spraying applications only and do not provide the high-pressure cleaning ability that our sprayer do.
